Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Singapore. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing food service, managing food & beverage operations, providing exceptional customer service, conducting training, and budgeting for the department.

Qualifications

• Food Service and Food & Beverage management skills
• Customer Service and Training experience
• Budgeting skills
• Experience in menu planning and inventory management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Food safety certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Bring in New customers / events to the restaurant
• Manage the social media platform
• Create the branding of the food
