Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cafe operations, including stock management and food preparation
- Prepare aai bowls, matcha, and other specialty beverages
- Lead and supervise part-time staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and hospitality
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements:
- Able to start within 2 weeks
- Valid Food Hygiene certification
- Minimum 1 year of F&B experience
- Positive attitude, independent, and self-motivated
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
