Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead and oversee all F&B operations at 8 Korean BBQ. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high service and quality standards, manage staff, and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day food and beverage operations - front-of-house and back-of-house - ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience.

  • Supervise, train, and manage F&B staff (servers, kitchen staff, support staff), including staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and recruitment.

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design or refine menus, incorporating seasonal availability, customer preferences, and cost considerations.

  • Manage inventory, order food/beverage supplies, monitor stock levels, and control costs to meet budget and profitability targets.

  • Maintain and enforce hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards across all F&B operations.

  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally strive to deliver excellent guest satisfaction.

  • Work with suppliers and vendors to procure quality ingredients and supplies negotiate contracts when needed.

  • Prepare reports on sales, costs, and performance analyze and recommend improvements to boost profitability and service standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management (restaurant, caf, or similar) preferably in a high-volume or hospitality-focused environment.

  • Education in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Management, or a related field is preferred (but we value relevant work experience).

  • Strong leadership and team-management skills ability to train, motivate, and lead staff efficiently.

  • Excellent communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good understanding of inventory control, budgeting, cost control, and vendor management.

  • Familiarity with restaurant management software or POS systems (or willingness to learn).

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic restaurant environment flexible with working hours (including weekends and evenings).
