Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead and oversee all F&B operations at 8 Korean BBQ. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high service and quality standards, manage staff, and help drive business growth.
Oversee all day-to-day food and beverage operations - front-of-house and back-of-house - ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
Supervise, train, and manage F&B staff (servers, kitchen staff, support staff), including staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and recruitment.
Collaborate with the culinary team to design or refine menus, incorporating seasonal availability, customer preferences, and cost considerations.
Manage inventory, order food/beverage supplies, monitor stock levels, and control costs to meet budget and profitability targets.
Maintain and enforce hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards across all F&B operations.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally strive to deliver excellent guest satisfaction.
Work with suppliers and vendors to procure quality ingredients and supplies negotiate contracts when needed.
Prepare reports on sales, costs, and performance analyze and recommend improvements to boost profitability and service standards.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management (restaurant, caf, or similar) preferably in a high-volume or hospitality-focused environment.
Education in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Management, or a related field is preferred (but we value relevant work experience).
Strong leadership and team-management skills ability to train, motivate, and lead staff efficiently.
Excellent communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of inventory control, budgeting, cost control, and vendor management.
Familiarity with restaurant management software or POS systems (or willingness to learn).
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic restaurant environment flexible with working hours (including weekends and evenings).
