Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate food preparation activities to ensure operational excellence, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and provide guidance to staff during night shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate food preparation teams to deliver high-quality meals efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and service areas to comply with hygiene standards
  • Enforce adherence to safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  • Provide clear advice, counsel, and instruction to staff to enhance team performance and service quality
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers to support excellent service delivery
  • Manage operational tasks during night shifts to ensure continuous service and smooth workflow

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Familiarity with management principles and service industry knowledge to support supervisory responsibilities
