- Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- 5.5-day work week off day on Wednesday or Friday

About the Role
As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality floral arrangements and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for creative, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working independently while being part of a close-knit team. You will liaise with suppliers, handle customer inquiries, and maintain the workspace to ensure excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prepare floral arrangements (bouquets, wreaths, table displays, etc.)
- Fulfill daily floral orders accurately and on time
- Manage stock inventory and ensure proper flower care and storage
- Liaise with suppliers for flowers and materials
- Handle customer orders and respond to phone/WhatsApp inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant florist experience
- Passionate about floral design with creativity in approach
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Able to perform physical aspects of the role (e.g., lifting and carrying floral materials and water pails)
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays
