Job Highlights

Office Location: Sin Ming Lane (Nearest MRT: Upper Thomson / Bright Hill)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary Range: S$2,800 - S$3,500/month (commensurate with experience)

Working Hours

Monday - Friday (including Sunday): 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
5.5-day work week fixed off day on Wednesday or Friday

About the RoleAs a Florist, you will design and prepare floral arrangements while supporting smooth daily operations. This role is perfect for creative, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working both independently and within a close-knit team. You will manage supplier coordination, customer orders, and ensure high service standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Design and prepare floral arrangements (bouquets, wreaths, table pieces, etc.)
Fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately
Manage flower inventory and ensure proper care and storage
Liaise with suppliers to source flowers and materials
Handle customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp
Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and display standards
Support smooth day-to-day shop operations

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant florist experience
Passionate about floral design with a creative eye
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Physically able to handle role requirements (lifting flowers, water pails, etc.)
Willing to work weekends and public holidays
