- Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, Sat 12 PM-4 PM, 5.5-day week, fixed off Wed or Fri

Role Overview:Design and prepare floral arrangements, manage customer orders, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain high service and shop standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create bouquets, wreaths, and table arrangements
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly
- Manage inventory and care for flowers
- Liaise with suppliers and handle inquiries (phone/WhatsApp)
- Maintain shop cleanliness and organization
- Support daily shop operations
Requirements:
- 2+ years florist experience
- Creative with a good eye for design
- Strong customer service skills
- Physically able to handle shop tasks
- Willing to work weekends/public holidays
