Floater Driver cum Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a Driver cum Transport Coordinator to oversee daily vehicle movements, vehicle scheduling, and transport operations. This role is responsible for coordinating drivers, monitoring and tracking vehicles in transit, and providing standby support in the event of vehicle breakdowns. Candidates must possess a valid BDVL licence and be able to drive 11- or 13-seater passenger buses.

Working Arrangements

• Work Week: 5 days

• Monday to Friday: 6am-10am / 1.30pm - 7pm

• Saturday: May be required

• Overtime: May be required based on operational needs

• Location: Island Wide

  Key Responsibilities

  1. Operations & Control

  • Oversee daily and operations to ensure efficiency and service reliability

  • Conduct daily 2 trips with standby on-site support for any vehicle breakdowns, driver absences, or other operational issues.

  • Monitor performance to ensure on-time departures.

  2. Transport Scheduling & Planning

  • Plan and optimize routes, transport schedules, and vehicle allocation

  • Adjust schedules in real time to manage delays, disruptions, or urgent requests

  • Arrange and coordinate vehicles for servicing, inspections, and other maintenance requirements.

  • Coordinate closely with drivers and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution

    The vehicle cannot be driven back home and prefer candidates stay in the east area, preferably around Tampines.
