Fleet Controller / Trucking Operations (East Area)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily trucking operations, including job allocation, route planning, and coordination with drivers, customers, and depots

• Monitor vessel schedules and container movements to ensure timely delivery and minimise delays

• Manage fleet utilisation and capacity, including engagement of external hauliers when required

• Maintain job records and support billing for operational activities

• Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

• Track operational performance and identify areas for improvement

• Support cost control initiatives and improve efficiency in routing, scheduling, and resource utilisation

• Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution

• Maintain relationships with clients and partners, and support business growth initiatives

• Perform ad hoc duties as required
