Fixed Equipment Maintenance Engineer

Ensure the integrity, reliability, and safe operation of fixed equipment assets across the fuel storage terminal and lubricant blending plant.

Scope of Responsibilities:

Execute the fixed equipment (tanks) out of service inspection and repair projects at the facility.

. Facilitate the preparation works with assigned maintenance project contractor including scope of work, MSRA, ITP

. Implement process including Management of Change, Pre-start up Safety Review, Control of Work.

. Oversee contractors progress, performance and the quality of work performed by contractor.

. Liaise with API inspection for finding follow up.

. Maintain inspection records, tank summary sheets, and update maintenance plans.

Competency Requirements:

. Bachler degree in engineering (Mechanical).

. Family with API 653 & 570 standard.

. 5 years of experience in oil and gas industry.

. Terminal / lubricant plant experience is preferred.
