Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detailed oriented Fit Out & Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for tenancy fit out works and mall operations. You'll play a key role in managing tenants fitting out work while ensuring seamless daily operation of the property.

The Fit Out and Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the existing portfolio of tenants to ensure seamless coordination within a live mall environment. This role ensures that property standards are consistently maintained and that any deviations are promptly addressed to uphold customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Tenancy Coordination : Act as the primary liaison between tenants and mall management for operational matters, including store openings, renovations, and compliance with mall policies
  • Design & Submission Management: Work with Architects and Consultants to review design, prepare submission packages, and facilitate timely approvals.
  • Authorities Submission : Manage submission timeline and compliance to authorities (e.g., BCA, URA, SCDF).
  • Project Planning : Prepare fit-out timelines, cost estimates, and review risk assessments to align with leasing milestones and opening targets.
  • Stakeholder Management : Liaise closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and resolve issues proactively. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify inconsistencies or deviations from standards. Report issues promptly and coordinate corrective actions with maintenance and service teams.
  • Day to Day Operations : Oversee all operational aspects of the existing tenant portfolio, ensuring seamless coordination and minimal disruption to mall activities. Monitor and maintain property standards across all common areas and tenant spaces, ensuring compliance with established benchmarks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Facility management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience managing delivery tracking systems or digital fit-out approval workflows will be an added advantage.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to understand building and combine services drawings.
  • Detailed understanding of MEP services.
