Job Description

  • Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules to meet deadlines, coordinating with contractors and vendors.
  • Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for accuracy before executiion.
  • Enforce safety regulation and ensure high-quality finishing, conducting regular inpsections to prevent defects.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports on site activities, manpower, and material usage for management.
  • Resolve tehcnial difficulties and unanticipated issues arising on-site.
