Job Description

  • Prepare and serve fish soup according to standard recipes.
  • Prepare raw fishes. cut fish and ingredient in accordance with requirements
  • Engage inn daily prep tasks like chopping vegetables, marinating meats, or preparing sauces
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
  • Keep the department fish soup preparation area clean and always organised.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of replenishment needs.
  • Carefully handle raw seafood, follow food hygiene and safety guidelines (SFA standards). Have certificate Hygiene Food level 1.
  • Properly store and label ingredients to ensure freshness.
  • Prior experience in F&B preparation is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm from Mon-Sat.
