Job Description
- Analyze current processes to identify AI opportunities.
- Collaborate with business sponsors, product managers, data scientist, technology partners to realize business needs
- Review Vendor Deliverables to ensure governance check and balance
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and validate AI model readiness.
- Familiar with Associative data modeling, predictive & text analytics, classification, data exploration, summarization
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
- Post Go-live and Sustainability
- Ensure AI Realization as per plan
- Enforce Proper Governance before commissioning solution transiting Human In the loop to Human out of the loop
- Identify opportunities of tuning to increase AI Accuracy for higher productivity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in credit analysis, underwriting, or risk management within the banking or financial services industry, preferably with exposure to Wholesale or SME lending
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AI implementation
- Strong understanding of credit principles, financial statement analysis, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Familiarity with credit scoring models and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Experience with credit platforms or digital lending solutions is a plus
