Role Overview

The Financial Services Manager role is designed for experienced advisors or sales professionals ready to take on leadership,mentorship, and business-building responsibilities, while continuing to maintain a personal advisory portfolio.

This role is ideal for:

• Advisors with 2-5 years experience in insurance or investment sales
• High-performing sales professionals seeking structured leadership pathways
• Career switchers with proven team management experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Financial Consultants
• Drive team productivity, professionalism, and compliance standards
• Conduct coaching sessions, case discussions, and performance reviews
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new advisors
• Maintain own client portfolio and advisory responsibilities
• Ensure adherence to governance, risk management, and regulatory standards
