This client-facing role focuses on relationship management, strategic account development, and supporting aircraft and asset financing activities across the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for key airline, lessor, investor, and industry clients across Asia-Pacific
- Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships, identifying opportunities to support clients financing and fleet objectives
- Collaborate internally with finance, legal, credit, and risk teams to deliver tailored financing and investment solutions
- Support the origination and execution of aircraft and asset financing transactions through strong client engagement
- Represent the firm at industry meetings, conferences, and client events across the Asia-Pacific region
- Monitor market developments and client activity to proactively identify new business opportunities
Core Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum five years experience in aviation finance, aircraft leasing, banking, or a related client-facing role
- Proven relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills in complex, international environments
- Strong understanding of aircraft financing structures and aviation market dynamics across Asia-Pacific
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage strategic accounts
- Commercially minded, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and cultural awareness
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
