Duties:
1. Regiona Treasury Management - Oversee daily treasury operations for Singapore and its subsidiaries, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and bank relationship management across the region.
2.Investment Management - Develop and execute short-to-medium-term investment strategies to optimize idle cash returns,ensuring alignment with the Group's risk appetite and financial policies.
3.Cross-border Fund Coordination - Manage inter company funding, dividend repatriation, and capital allocation between Singapore and subsidiaries, ensuring efficient utilization of global cash resources.
4. Risk& Compliance - Monitor foreign exchange, interest rate, and counter party risks implement hedging strategies where necessary.Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., MAS requirements) and internal treasury policies.
5. Banking& System Optimization - Lead treasury system enhancements, negotiate banking facilities, fees, and services to support business growth and investment activities.
6.Reporting & Analysis - Prepare regular treasury reports on cash positions, investment performance, and risk exposures for senior management and Group Finance.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting,Economics, or related field professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CTP, CPA)preferred. At least 5 years of treasury experience, including exposure to investment management and multi-entity structures.
2. Strong understanding of treasury operations, money market instruments, fixed income investments, and FX derivatives. Familiarity with Southeast Asia regulatory environments (especially Singapore) is a must.
3.Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with proven ability to execute investment transactions independently.
4. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration (e.g., with finance, legal, tax, and business teams), with strong execution and problem-solving capabilities.
5.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced,cross-border environment.
