Position Overview

The Manager, Debt Capital Raising is responsible for supporting the execution of debt financing activities and capital markets initiatives. This role works closely with treasury, finance, legal, and external financial partners to assist in structuring and executing debt transactions, conducting financial analysis, and supporting capital planning efforts. The Manager collaborates with cross-functional and global teams to ensure effective access to capital markets, manage financial risk, and support the organization's financial objectives while upholding the company's core values of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.

Essential Job Functions

  • Support the execution of debt financing transactions, including preparation, structuring, and documentation of debt instruments.

  • Collaborate with treasury, finance, legal, and business teams to support capital planning and liquidity management.

  • Assist in managing relationships with banks, lenders, investors, and financial institutions.

  • Perform financial modeling, analysis, and reporting to support debt transactions and capital structure decisions.

  • Monitor market conditions, interest rates, and industry trends to provide insights on financing strategies.

  • Support negotiation processes and documentation for financing agreements.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and reporting requirements.

  • Prepare reports and analysis on debt portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities.

  • Support investor communications and presentation materials related to debt financing.

  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and adherence to company values.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field relevant experience may substitute for education.

  • 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, investment banking, or capital markets roles.

  • Knowledge of debt capital markets, financing structures, and financial instruments.

  • Experience supporting debt transactions and working with financial institutions is preferred.

  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional and global teams.

  • Familiarity with financial regulations, reporting standards, and risk management practices.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Commitment to upholding company values and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

  • Travel required is expected to be up to 5% but may increase over time as the business evolves.
