This individual contributor role will be responsible collate and manage financial planning & management accounting, data analysis, and market sensing. Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and consolidate monthly and annual expense plans
- Collect, analyse, and interpret financial data related to the company's overall operations
- Consolidate organizational/executive performance indicators (sales, overhead, inventory, AR, CEO missions)
- Update and report quarterly subsidiary performance report to HQ
- Consolidate and analyse monthly financial pending items(AR,AP)
- Collect and report the key accounting adjustment items (claims, return accruals and etc)
- Monitor and report the compliance of vendor account registration and modification process
- Support R&D department cost management and reporting.
- Monitor and compile daily semiconductor/electronics industry news across regional markets
- Investigate incentives or guardrail policies for each country related to the semiconductor industry and the beneficiary companies
- Collect and disseminate the regional macroeconomic indicators based on the reports published by major institutions (IMF, WB, OECD and etc)
- Collect, consolidate and report performance result of major clients and competitors
- Manage NESG closing and approval process operation
- Identify and manage ESG risks and opportunities to ensure compliance and mitigate potential impacts
- Renew REC(Renewable Energy Certification) contract and support procurement of REC
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS:
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Strategy /Environmental Science / Social Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist with Office Administration or equivalent
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial and industry data
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization tools
- Prior experience with SAP would be highly preferable
- Knowledge of semiconductor/electronics industry trends is plus
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
