Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Financial Director, based in Singapore with some flexibility for remote work. The Financial Director will oversee financial planning, manage financial reporting, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements. Duties include analyzing financial performance, preparing strategic plans, and providing recommendations for business growth. Additionally, the role involves budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Financial Statements management
• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance
• Experience in Financial Reporting and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional qualification like CPA, CFA, or equivalent is considered a plus
• Prior experience in working within the technology or database management industry is advantageous
