We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to join our leadership team in Singapore. As a Financial Director, you will oversee the entire financial operations of the company, ensuring that financial strategies align with business goals, improve profitability, and maximize value for stakeholders.

• Financial Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and ensure long-term financial growth.
• Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling to guide decision-making and ensure the company meets its financial goals.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on the business.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure the preparation and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the company maintains sufficient funds for operations and growth.
• Investor Relations: Manage relationships with investors, stakeholders, and financial institutions, providing them with clear, accurate, and timely financial information.
• Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and prevent financial mismanagement.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance department.
• Cost Management: Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies to enhance profitability.
• Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead and support due diligence, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic financial initiatives to support business expansion and growth.

• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, with a proven track record in financial management and strategic decision-making.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA, CFA, or CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading and managing a finance team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel, etc.).
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of IFRS, Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), and other relevant financial regulations.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex financial data and make informed decisions.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reports and analysis.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business operations, industry trends, and economic conditions affecting financial performance.
