Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Financial Director to lead our finance function in Singapore. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, compliance, and risk management while supporting executive decision-making and long-term business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, leadership capabilities, and experience managing finance teams within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management and the board.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory and statutory requirements in Singapore.
- Oversee cash flow management, investment planning, and capital allocation.
- Lead annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes.
- Manage financial risks and implement robust internal controls.
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Drive process improvements and financial system enhancements.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent.
- 815 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and reporting requirements in Singapore.
- Proven experience in financial strategy, corporate finance, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in multinational or high-growth environments is an advantage.
