Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Financial Director to lead our finance function in Singapore. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, compliance, and risk management while supporting executive decision-making and long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, leadership capabilities, and experience managing finance teams within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Lead and oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management and the board.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory and statutory requirements in Singapore.
• Oversee cash flow management, investment planning, and capital allocation.
• Lead annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes.
• Manage financial risks and implement robust internal controls.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Drive process improvements and financial system enhancements.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent.
• 815 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and reporting requirements in Singapore.
• Proven experience in financial strategy, corporate finance, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in multinational or high-growth environments is an advantage.
