Role Overview
As aFinancial Analyst, you will support UnlockLand's growth by building and maintaining financial models, tracking performance, and translating product + market inputs into clear, investor-ready insights. This role sits at the intersection ofFP&A, commercial analytics, and strategic planning, supporting expansion across APAC and global markets.
What You'll Do
FP&A & Performance Tracking
- Own monthly/quarterly reporting: budget vs. actuals, burn, runway, revenue performance, unit economics
- Build dashboards for KPI tracking (ARR/MRR, retention, CAC/LTV, sales cycle, margin, cohort performance)
Financial Modelling & Strategic Analysis
- Develop models for pricing, packaging, and ROI of UnlockLand's AI modules
- Build scenario plans for new markets (SG/APAC), partner programs, and enterprise rollouts
- Support forecasting for headcount, cloud costs, data acquisition, and product development
Go-to-Market & Deal Support
- Partner with Sales/BD to evaluate enterprise contracts (pricing, profitability, payment terms, risk)
- Create business cases for partnerships, pilots, and government/enterprise programs
- Help structure proposals with clear commercial assumptions and measurable outcomes
Investor & Leadership Support
- Prepare board/investor materials: metrics, narrative insights, and financial outlook
- Support fundraising diligence: data room materials, KPI definitions, model documentation
What We're Looking For
- 25 years inFP&A, corporate finance, investment analysis, consulting, or high-growth tech/PropTech
- Strong modelling skills (Excel/Google Sheets); comfort with datasets and dashboards (Power BI/Tableau a plus)
- Understanding of SaaS metrics and unit economics (ARR, churn, gross margin, CAC/LTV)
- Clear communicatorable to turn complex assumptions into executive-ready outputs
- Bonus: exposure to real estate finance (DCF/IRR), development pro formas, or infrastructure/public-sector projects
