Financial Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time Financial Analyst - Deals & Transactions role based in Singapore. As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with the team to conduct financial due diligence, undertake financial analysis, develop financial models, conduct research and prepare investment memorandums and other materials required for investment banking deals. Being part of a lean team, the candidate will be exposed to every aspect of a deal/transaction cycle, and see to the completion of such investment banking transactions and its documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Fresh graduates will be considered.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
