We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and entrepreneurially minded Financial Analyst Intern to join our team in Singapore for a 6-month internship, with the potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance. This role is ideal for someone seeking hands-on exposure to startup finance, investor reporting, and fundraising processes, and who is excited to work closely with leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Support the building and maintenance of detailed financial models, including revenue, cost, cash flow, and scenario analyses.
- Assist in the preparation of fundraising materials such as pitch decks, financial projections, and investor updates.
- Support investor relations activities and due diligence processes.
- Help manage and maintain cap tables, equity allocations, option pools, and investor records.
- Gain hands-on exposure to SAFE notes, convertible instruments, ESOP frameworks, and other equity-related structures.
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and strategic financial analysis.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support planning, metrics tracking, and performance management.
- Assist in developing and maintaining internal dashboards and business KPI frameworks.
Requirements :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 02 years of experience through internships, startup roles, investment clubs, VC exposure, or financial analysis projects.
- Strong interest in startup finance, fundraising, and venture capital ecosystems.
- Solid financial modelling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is required.
- Basic understanding of cap tables, equity structures, or fundraising instruments (SAFE/convertibles) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Singapore-based candidates only (hybrid role).
