Financial Accountant (Single Family Office/Lower Delta)

. Reporting to Head of Finance/Investments

. Assist with ongoing internal portfolio reporting needs

. Maintain financial models to derive valuation and ascertain drivers of returns

. Efficiently implementing, administering, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, controls, and practices

. Examine potential revenue streams and economic patterns, assess internal procedures, and pinpoint areas where costs can be minimized, or operational enhancements can be made

. Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly reports. Simple book keeping

. Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy

. Strong work tenure 3 to 5 years of experience as Financial Accountant/Business Partner in a family office or private equity fund accounting

. Possess strong analytical and research skills

. Excellent project, time management, communications and interpersonal skills

. Commercially astute and familiar with spreadsheet modelling

. Strong computing skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and technology savvy

. High sense of urgency and ability to multitask

. Highly adaptable to a loosely structured environment

. Office location: Lower Delta Road | Mon - Fri (9:30am - 6:30pm)
