Accountant & Finance Manager Maison 21G Paris

With boutiques, e-commerce platforms,B2B and a growing Travel Retail presence across Asia, were building the future of luxury fragrance and we need a strong financial backbone to scale further.
We are looking for an Accountant & Finance Manager who is ready to play a key role in supporting our growth. This is not just an accounting role its a chance to partner with management and shareholders, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and financial excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Reconciliation
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform regular bank, supplier and customer reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely settlements.
Financial Statements & Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L statements and cash flow statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management, and shareholders.
- Consolidate reports across multiple entities (retail, travel retail, e-commerce).
Cash Flow & Budgeting
- Monitor and forecast cash flow to support operational needs and strategic decisions.
- Support budget preparation, and cost control initiatives.
- Provide financial insights to guide growth strategies and investments.
Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and international group policies.
- Maintain strong internal controls and governance practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- 46 years of experience in accounting/finance (luxury retail, FMCG, or e-commerce experience is a plus).
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ERP/accounting systems.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
- Excellent communication skills to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
- Fluency in English required; other Asian languages are a plus.
- You need a valid status to work in singapore. we can only provide EP for Malaysian candidates.
