Key Responsibilities:
- Support changes in the Chart of Accounts (COA) in the central system, including data verification for migration, system testing, and process documentation
- Assist with system continuous improvement through Change Requests and new feature release testing through collaboration with system integrators
- Assist with the maintenance of master data in the central system
- Organize and update user guides and Standard Operating Procedures.
Gain opportunities to understand how system workflows and controls can be built to meet the budget and planning requirements of our agency users, including exposure to the full project implementation cycle.
Functional/Technical Competencies
- Interest in Ops-Tech roles
- Tertiary education in Accountancy, Business, Finance, IT, Systems or related disciplines
- Understanding of finance processes and experience with related systems as well as system implementation will be advantageous

Contract duration: 6 months contract, with option to extend for another 6 months
Location: High Street
Working Arrangement:
- Monday to Thursday: 9am - 6.30pm
- Friday: 9am - 6.00pm
- (Flex hours can be arranged with reporting officer)
Salary: $15 to $16 per hour
