Work location: Central
Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours
Salary: up to $2650 per month
6 months contract (extendable to 12 months)
Job Scope:
- Support changes in the Chart of Accounts (COA) in the central system, including data verification, system testing, and process documentation
- Assist with system continuous improvement
- Assist with the maintenance of master data in the central system
- Organise and update user guides and Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, IT, Systems, or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience, familiar with finance processes
- Keen interest in Ops Tech roles
- Good critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical skills
- Time management skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
