Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Finance Specialist. In this role, you will manage financial records, analyze financial data, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Key responsibilities include supporting budgeting, financial forecasting, and accounting processes, as well as evaluating financial performance to support strategic decision-making. Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders will be an essential aspect of this position.

• Expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements to assess organizational financial health
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for data evaluation and decision-making support

• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, accounting platforms)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
• Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting is preferred
