Position Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Finance Executive to support our finance team in daily accounting and financial operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 23 years of relevant experience who are keen to build a career in finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including Invoicing, AP/AR and general ledger
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist in preparing financial reports and management schedules
- Support audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements
- Handling financial, tax, and accounting data requests and reporting requirements from Korea head office
- Liaise with internal teams and external parties when required
- Perform ad-hoc finance and administrative duties
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome; 23 years of experience is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages will be an added advantage.
- Experience with accounting software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience: Minimum 2 year
