Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

  2. Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and analyses to support management decision-making.

  3. Process invoices, manage payments, and ensure timely collections.

  4. Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

  5. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, such as auditors and suppliers.

  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.

  7. Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Minimum 3 years of working experience in finance or accounts, preferably in the construction industry.

  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

  3. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  4. Knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and compliance requirements.

  5. Willing to short and long term domestics and oversea travel.

  6. Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.

  7. Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
