Job Description The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the company's financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. This role ensures strong financial control, supports business decision-making, and oversees accounting and finance operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning Ensure timely preparation of management accounts Handle audit processes and liaise with auditors, banks, and tax agents Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (IRAS, ACRA, GST, CPF, etc.) Monitor expenses, cost control, and profitability Manage AR/AP, invoicing, collections, and payments Support management with financial analysis and strategic planning Supervise and guide finance/accounts staff Improve financial systems, controls, and processes Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Professional qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA) is an advantage Experience in logistics, construction, transport, or earthmover industry Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
