We are a fast-growing gaming company building immersive experiences with a strong presence in digital assets and blockchain. As part of our expansion in Singapore, we are looking for a Finance Manager who can take ownership of financial operations, reporting, and strategy to support our global growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full spectrum of finance operations, including accounting, reporting, consolidation, and compliance with SFRS/IFRS.
- Drive financial planning & analysis (FP&A) budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis for gaming projects, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and manage financial statements and key balance sheet items (cash flow, AR/AP, securities, derivatives).
- Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and regulatory requirements; liaise with auditors, advisors, and regulators.
- Partner with leadership to provide business insights, support strategic decision-making, and improve financial processes.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred.
- 7+ years of finance/accounting experience, ideally in gaming, entertainment, tech, or fintech.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and controls; familiar with SFRS/IFRS.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, ROI evaluation, and business performance analysis.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts.
