Job Description

Senior Manager/ Manager, Finance

Support the management of a diversified investment portfolio and selected family office financial and operational matters. The role combines investment analysis, portfolio monitoring, financial reporting, and administrative oversight in a high-trust and confidential environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct investment research and analysis across financial and alternative assets, including real estate.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, investment holdings, and market valuations.
  • Prepare investment, financial, budget, and expense reports to support decision-making.
  • Analyse investment and household expenditures, identify trends, variances, and potential risks, and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain accurate investment, financial, and operational records, including portfolio tracking, bank reconciliations, and reporting databases.
  • Support banking and treasury-related matters, including account administration, deposit renewals, payment instructions, and documentation.
  • Oversee administrative matters relating to properties, vehicles, contracts, insurance, taxes, licenses, utilities, and other family office assets.
  • Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Coordinate approvals, signatures, and administrative support for financial and operational activities.
  • Drive process improvements and provide trusted support on investment, financial, and operational matters while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Business from a reputable university.
  • 10+ years experience in investment, finance, or portfolio management (private banking/family office/consulting preferred).
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive financial and personal information.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a high-trust, confidential environment.
  • Flexible and responsive in managing time-sensitive matters, including those that may arise outside standard office hours.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
