Senior Regional Finance Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage overseas finance teams and take ownership of financial reporting, consolidation, business analysis, budgeting, treasury and external audit matters for overseas entities
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to establish and improve controls over key financial processes
- Manage ad hoc financial due diligence for M&A projects
- Collaborate with business units on post-acquisition integration of financial processes
- Participate as a finance representative in cross-functional projects and activities
- Support the professional development of the team
- Any other relevant tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or a related field, with a CPA qualification
- Experience in advanced accounting areas including cost accounting, tax planning, financial planning and budget preparation
- At least 8 years of financial management experience within large or medium-sized high-tech enterprises, including working with overseas finance teams
- Familiarity with financing, capital operations, tax planning and cost control
- Strong ownership and commercial awareness, with the ability to understand the business quickly so that financial management actively supports business growth
- Strong communication skills, logical thinking and data analysis ability
