Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Regulatory Compliance

Oversee the preparation and timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS/SFRS and statutory requirements.
Ensure compliance with SGX Catalist Listing Rules, corporate governance requirements, and applicable regulatory standards (where applicable).
Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities on statutory and compliance matters.
Oversee corporate tax, GST filings, and statutory reporting requirements.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning process.
Prepare financial models, business performance reports, and management dashboards.
Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
Develop and monitor financial KPIs to support business decision-making.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital, and liquidity planning.
Oversee banking relationships, financing arrangements, and treasury operations.
Monitor capital expenditure, funding requirements, and financial risks.

Internal Controls & Risk Management

Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and governance frameworks.
Manage internal and external audit activities and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
Review financial processes and identify opportunities for process improvements and risk mitigation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.

Financial Systems & Process Optimization

Provide financial analysis and commercial insights to support business growth and operational decisions.
Support investment evaluations, feasibility studies, M&A activities, and strategic projects.
Prepare financial reports, management papers, and presentation materials for senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business opportunities and improve profitability.

Business Partnering & Strategic Support

Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Support M&A activities, business restructuring, and expansion planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
8-12 years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Experience in SGX-listed companies or familiarity with SGX Catalist/Mainboard compliance is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of IFRS/SFRS, corporate governance, statutory reporting, taxation, and internal controls.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, financial planning, and business partnering.
Exposure to M&A, corporate finance, investment evaluation, or business restructuring would be advantageous.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Hyperion, or equivalent financial systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
