Finance Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Finance Manager based in Singapore, with flexibility for some remote work. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, prepare budgets, analyze financial reports, and provide strategic guidance for financial planning. They will ensure compliance with financial regulations, manage cash flow, and allocate resources effectively across various projects. Collaborating with different teams, the Finance Manager will drive effective decision-making and assist in identifying potential growth opportunities for the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management and budgeting skills, including forecasting and resource allocation
• Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Expertise in project management, strategic financial planning, and risk management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, and advanced knowledge of spreadsheets
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA/CFA certification is an advantage)
• Professional experience in infrastructure or investment sectors is a plus
