Leading Crypto Firm - Finance Manager - Singapore

We are partnering with a leading crypto proprietary trading firm, established in 2022 by the leading professionals from the finance industry. As the firm continues its rapid growth, they are seeking a Finance Manager to lead and scale their financial operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of quantitative trading and digital assets, playing a key role in shaping the firm's financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full set of accounts, month-end close, and preparation of annual financial statements.
• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate secretarial, regulatory, and MAS CMSL requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and banks for audits and filings.
• Oversee tax compliance, including Singapore and U.S. tax returns and GST filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field
• 3+ years of professional auditing experience
• Knowledge of IFRS/SFRS and modern accounting systems (preferred).
• Experience in family office, venture capital, or similar environments (advantageous).
• Strong team player with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
