We are looking for a Finance Manager who is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong cost control, strong internal control and alignment with group-level financial strategies. This role supports decision-making by providing insights into production costs, profitability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- In charge of cost accounting, budgeting, internal control and management accounting functions
- Handle month-end closing and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Liaise with bankers, external auditors, tax agents and regulatory authorities
- Oversee standard costing, variance analysis (material, labor, overhead), and cost control measures
- Handle annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
- Lead and manage the finance team
- Undertake other job functions as and when assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance ACCA, CPA, or CA preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in finance operation, preferably in manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of ERP systems eg. SAP, cognos
- Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Leadership and team management capability
