1. Manage day-to-day operations of an outlet in order to ensure efficient operations
2. Coordinate the daily operations of the Front and Back of the House when necessary.
3. Assist in leading and managing a team of employees.
4. Ensure the smooth progress of promotional and marketing activities.
5. Ensure that all employees comply with workplace safety, food hygiene guidelines
and the company's standard operating procedures (SOPs).

8. Assist in tracking food, supply and equipment levels, forecast demand.
9. Oversee food preparation, presentation and storage.
10. Conduct regular inspections of the outlet.
11. Prepare a weekly duty roster accordingly.
12. Brief employees before duty starts and ensure proper handover after the shift has ended.
13. Check the rooms before/after shifts to ensure they are clean, and the equipment is working
14. Administrate and maintain inventory/asset records and documentation
15. Assist Manager in follow up and oversee renovation works
16. All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
