Finance Manager (Manufacturing/North-East)

Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and coach Finance team and Shipping Officer to drive performance and growth.
• Oversee full finance functions (AP, AR, GL, reporting) via ERP (SyteLine).
• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
• Liaise with corporate secretariat and external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore tax, audit, and statutory regulations.
• Implement process improvements and cost control measures.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification.
• 5+ years financial management experience, preferably in SME manufacturing.
• Skilled in financial operations, analysis, and problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Proficient in ERP and MS Excel strong communication and leadership skills.
