We are looking for an experienced
Finance Manager to join a growing investment platform. This role offers a rare opportunity to gain exposure across both
corporate and fund finance, with a focus on financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with the Financial Controller and senior leadership, playing a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
This position is well-suited for finance professionals with a background in
private equity real estate, asset management, or related investment sectors, who are ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for corporate entities and investment funds.
- Review variance analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations to management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across the group and funds.
- Manage fund accounting, distributions, and ensure compliance with tax filings and regulatory standards.
- Support financial reporting, statutory report and consolidation of entities
- Coordinate with external and internal auditors during audit cycles.
- Act as finance system administrator, supporting users and driving process/system improvements (experience in Yardi is an advantage).
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders (banks, auditors, consultants) to support business needs.
- Supervise and review the work of junior finance staff, providing guidance and development support.
- Contribute to strategic projects such as fund launches, refinancing, and process enhancements.
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy; ACCA/CPA qualification preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant finance experience, including prior experience in audit, with at least 23 years in a reviewing or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, tax, and budgeting, with the ability to keep up-to-date on changes in accounting and tax standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of Yardi system is a plus.
- Meticulous, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with a positive working attitude.
- Hands-on, independent, and a strong team player.
- Preferred background in private equity real estate (PERE), real estate, or related investment sectors.
