Head of Finance (Investment & Securities Trading Platform)
As Head of Finance, you&aposll play a pivotal role in lead a high-performing finance team, overseeing:
- Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Financial reporting and accounting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Treasury management
- Risk management
- Internal controls and compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Develop and implement internal controls and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
- Partner with the business units to provide financial analysis and support strategic decision-making.
- Identify and manage financial risks.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in financial management for FinTech companies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the financial trading/trading brokerage, securities, capital markets or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
- A passion for the financial technology space and a strong understanding of the financial markets.
