Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Insight Genesis – IGAi. Day-to-day activities include managing cash flow, preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements, monitoring key financial metrics, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves partnering with leadership to support strategic decision-making, conducting financial analysis for new initiatives, and optimizing resource allocation across the platform's verticals. The Finance Manager will also lead or support internal financial controls, coordinate with external accountants or auditors, and contribute to the development of financial policies, processes, and tools that support a fast-growing, AI-driven organization.

• Strong financial planning and analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting principles and practices, with experience in financial reporting and compliance.
• Ability to manage cash flow, financial modeling, and scenario analysis for a growing technology or AI-focused business.
• Experience with financial tools and software (e.g., Excel, financial ERPs, BI dashboards) and comfort working with data-driven insights.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) are an advantage.
• Experience in startups, fintech, AI, or data-driven platforms, and familiarity with emerging or unbanked markets is beneficial.
