skills and experience required
To be successful in this position, you should possess a strong foundation in commercial finance and proven team management capabilities.

• Recognized professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent credential.

• Demonstrated financial management background within professional services or partnership environments, encompassing full-spectrum accounting and regulatory compliance.

• Strong strategic acumen with practical execution capabilities, adept at negotiating commercial terms and partnering with senior stakeholders.

• Advanced proficiency in enterprise resource planning software, management information systems, and financial analytics tools.
