This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals looking to build their career in budgeting, financial planning, expense management and business performance reporting within a fast-paced corporate environment.

You will work closely with finance and business stakeholders to support budgeting cycles, analyse financial performance, prepare reports and provide insights that drive business decisions.

This role is ideal for candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience who are looking to grow their career in corporate finance and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting activities.
  • Track and monitor operating expenses and departmental budgets.
  • Perform budget versus actual and variance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and management dashboards.
  • Assist in financial planning and business performance reporting.
  • Support expense tracking and cost monitoring activities.
  • Analyse financial data and identify key trends.
  • Prepare presentations for management reviews.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders on budget planning.
  • Support month-end financial reporting activities.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.
  • Assist with financial reconciliations and validations.
  • Maintain budgeting and reporting documentation.
  • Support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
  • Up to 5 years of experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting, Financial Analysis or Expense Management.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internships in corporate finance may also be considered.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
