Location: Novena
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls in the call centre, including first visit enquiries and work queue support.
• Provide front desk clinic operations support.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for the call centre department.
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry and report preparation.

Requirements:

• Must be fully vaccinated with MMR, Tdap and Varicella.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
