Finance Manager for a leading Real Estate owner in the region

Roles
- Responsible for the financial and management reporting functions
- Handling accounts consolidation and monthly management reporting circa 60 entities (subsidiaries, joint ventures, associates) across Singapore, Malaysia, China & Vietnam.
- Prepare monthly financial reports including consolidation, budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports, including variance analysis, cash flow projections and AR collection reports.
- Prepare annual financial statements.
- Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast by working closely with Department Heads.
- Provide business decision support and analysis by providing financial advice.
- Handle external and internal audit and statutory matters.
- Any ad-hoc matters as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy/CPA/ACCA/CA.
- At least 10 years of working experience with 4 years of experience handling group consolidation (involving intercompany transactions between subsidiaries and joint ventures).
- Strong technical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have good communication skills and be analytical, independent and proactive.
