Our client is an European MNC within the manufacturing sector and currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial and management reporting, internal controls, and SAP system implementation across the APAC region. This role plays a key part in supporting regional business growth through strong financial governance, performance analysis, and systems excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the APAC region.
- Drive the management reporting process, providing insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Oversee financial planning processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Partner with regional and global teams on SAP implementation and process optimization projects, ensuring seamless data integration and reporting accuracy.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of audit findings.
- Provide financial leadership to regional teams, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible finance experience, including regional exposure in APAC.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks.
- Proven experience in SAP implementation or other major ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across culturally diverse teams.
